Auburn Group secured the PCSA for a 300-bed Travelodge hotel, promising comfort and convenience with thoughtfully designed accesses, ample car and cycle parking, and dedicated servicing areas.

As we navigate the pre-construction phase, our elevation and section drawings are laying the blueprint for what will soon be a tangible reality. Though 3D visuals are still in the works, the vision is clear and grounded in the potential of the space.

Transforming a brownfield site, this project is a key part of the broader Peninsula regeneration initiative, accompanied by the Silvertown Tunnel road link. This redevelopment isn't just construction; it's a revival, transforming dormant land into vibrant, liveable spaces.
