Greatfields Zone 3

Auburn Group is proud to have delivered Greatfields Primary Zone 3 from initial design through to final construction in collaboration with the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham and Be First. This new, three-form entry primary school lies at the center of the Gascoigne Estate redevelopment, designed to serve the growing community while upholding the highest environmental standards.

Starting in August 2023 and achieving Practical Completion on August 20th 2024, Auburn Group’s dedicated team overcame tight deadlines and various challenges to deliver a high-quality result on schedule. Partnering with NZB for off-site construction, we ensured minimal disruption to the surrounding area, significantly reduced carbon emissions, and achieved a fast and efficient build.
