Rising High: Auburn Group's Latest Venture at Greenwich Peninsula – The New Travelodge Hotel

Introduction

Auburn Group is thrilled to announce we have been awarded the pre-construction service agreement (PCSA) for the new Travelodge Hotel at Greenwich Peninsula.

Let us take you behind the scenes of the impressive 18-story Travelodge hotel, complete with basement and rooftop plant areas, poised to join the dynamic skyline of the Greenwich Peninsula.

Project At A Glance

Auburn Group were recently awarded the PCSA for the 300-bed hotel that promises not only comfort but also convenience with thoughtfully designed accesses, ample car and cycle parking, and dedicated delivery and servicing areas. As we navigate the pre-construction phase, our elevation and section drawings are laying the blueprint for what will soon be a tangible reality. Though 3D visuals are still in the works, the vision is clear and grounded in the potential of the space.

Transforming a Brownfield

Situated on a brownfield site, this project forms a key part of the broader regeneration initiative sweeping across the Peninsula, including the new Silvertown Tunnel road link. This redevelopment isn't just construction; it's a revival, transforming dormant land into vibrant, liveable spaces.

Greenwich Peninsula: A Canvas of Regeneration

The Greenwich Peninsula is more than just a location; it's a canvas for innovation. This "almost-island" is wrapped in the calm of the Thames and buzzes with the energy of a community in the throes of significant change. As the area experiences the most substantial single regeneration of a generation, it becomes home to first-time homeowners, artists, and innovators.

The new Travelodge hotel is set to embody the essence of this emerging neighbourhood, contributing to the life and pulse of the area.
